Thanksigving was pretty much fantastic. I was off for five days. I spent Wednesday cleaning my apartment and doing laundry. Oh, and of course, making Jello Shots. I woke up on Thursday morning and tried to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade... but I couldn't. I used to love it but I couldn't stand the cheesy announcers. I tolerated it for a while but once Miley Cyrus came on... it was over. I switched over to Miracle on 34th Streer and enjoyed that a lot more.

I popped the Turkey in the oven. Steevin, Cathy and Shaun made it over around 530pm. The boys hooked up my new surround sound speakers Steevin bought for me (which mysteriously raises and lowers the volume all on its own) while Cathy and I attended to serious Girl stuff... looking at the Black Friday ads. Matt came over soon and then it was time to eat. We had turkey, enchiladas (Cathy), potatoes (Matt... these are some of my favorite), rolls,  and cranberry sauce (Shaun). In fact, Shaun impressed us all by making the gravy for us and carving the turkey. Shavonne came over and ate too and then we all played Rock Band and then Sceen It. And then Steevin made his dessert... Steeve's Creamy Delight (or something along those lines). LOL! We were all very afraid as Steevin is know for his odd food concoctions.... but it turned out to be Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes and it was REALLY good.

We watched Baby Mama (Ooo ooo!) and then Shavonne headed home. The rest of us stayed up and took about an hour nap before waking up at 330am. It was time to shop! We got our tea and then Matt drove us all to the Crossings. Khols was our first stop. I found a shirt I wanted but that was all and after standing in the never ending line for 30 minutes and moving about 3 feet we decided to screw it and move onto more important things... Starbucks.

Cathy, Matt and I went to get coffee and Shaun and Steevin went to Game Stop. Then we headed over to Best Buy where we all found stuff we needed. The lines were much more organized and fast moving there. And the employees were wearing war paint. Too cute. LOL! Target was the next stop. More shopping. Got the cutest socks ever there.

We were done with The Crossing and it was finally light outside. We headed to the Mall and after a brief potty stop we headed to the food court for breakfast. We were approached by some Mall employees to be in their video about Black Friday. We each got a $5 gift certificate to talk about our "worst present ever". Yay for free money! We shopped till our hearts content and then headed back home. We played Sceen It again. Shaun fell asleep with the controller in his hand. It was adorable. LOL! He took a nap on the floor while we finished our game.

Matt headed home and the rest of us piled into Steevin's car with leftovers on our laps and went down to Vista for Round 2 of Thanksgiving dinner with Steevin's family. Cathy and I managed about a 40 minute nap on the sofa before dinner. After dinner Gretchen came over and we played some more Sceen It and then headed over to my Uncle's house to visit, see my Grandpa who was in town and to play pictionary. We finally got home to Steevin's about 1230am. In case you're wondering... that means I got up Thursday at 830am and didn't sleep again (save for about an hour and a half total in brief naps) until 1230am on Saturday. I was tired!

We slept in on Saturday, made a 7-11 run, showered and then didn't move again until 9pm for Karaoke. It was Steevin, Me, Cathy, Shaun and Gretchan. It was missing a little something since Zach wasn't there. But he and Jon met up with us later at Denny's. After our late night dinner (mmmm...Super Bird!) we passed out hugs since Gretchen was heading back to LA for school and I will be gone next weekend.

Sunday was a nice lazy day. I was up early for some reason. I played with Finoa the cat and looked at pictures from the night before. I got up to use the restroom and Steeve's mom was making breakfast. Steevin finally got up and we had Bunuelos (I think thats how you spell it) which is a traditional Christmas dish. Anyway... it was very tasty. And we had some hot cocoa. We decided to be lazy and drove back up to my place in our PJ's and got ready there. We had a late lunch/early dinner at Wahoo's. Then the rest of the evening was spent with Steevin playing on his new laptop and watching Lost. (Ha! I got him hooked. Heehee!)

It was a fantastic weekend. Of course there was BioShock Friday. It almost didn't happen as Steev's XBox got the Red Ring of Death but Jon brought his over so the evening was saved. Michaela brought cookies. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies! That in itself was fantastic. We all BioShock'd, made a 7-11 run and then finished up when Michaela and I could no longer keep our eyes open.

Saturday Steevin and I took a nice long walk. We got lunch at Subway, Starbucks and then went to see Role Models (Which was super funny). It was a really nice afternoon. We walked back and Zach, Cathy and Shaun showed up for Karaoke. It was 80's night so we all dressed up. Pictures to come later. And you'll want to see them. We looked pretty amazing. LOL! I was forced to sing my first song ALONE in the karaoke competition. I'm not sure how that happened but I survived. Shaun was the belle of the ball and everyone (and I do mean everyone) wanted a piece of him. We nearly lost him once. I was afraid we'd never see him again when some dude picked him up and carried him away. LOL! Steevin came in 2nd in the karaoke contest and Zach came in 1st. And Cathy won the costume contest. She was adorable as Madonna. Denny's ensued.

Sunday was a serious sleep in day. My body was so sore from dancing in stilettos. LOL! We lazed about while Jon did his homework and then lazed about some more when he left and pretty much just lazed about all the way unill I went home.

Lets see... what has happened? Last Thursday I met up with Bob at Disneyland after work. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing him for WAY too long. Probably almost two years though we still do a good job of keeping in contact. So we met up at Disneyland to catch the last Billy Hill show of the day. The Christmas Tree was up on Main Street. It was beautiful! I got chills. LOL! I'm such a sucker for Christmas. I found Bob at Coke Corner and we had a fantastic chat and caught each other up on our lives before hearing to the Golden Horseshoe. The show was supurb as always and then we walked arm in arm to the Plaza Inn to split a salad for dinner. It was a good visit.

On Friday I headed to Steev's after work. We planned a quiet evening doing nothing but that fell apart rather quickly. LOL! We're popular. What can I say? First Zach and Nina called to say they were coming over. Then Jon and Michaela called. And then Cathy called to say her and Shaun were coming over.We all entertained ourselves by "group" playing BioShock. And I managed to stay awake until 130am without falling asleep. I think everyone should be impressed with that.

Saturday was super lazy. Slept in, Steevin and Jon played Fable all morning... and afternoon. I slept a lot. We finally decided to eat dinner about 6pm so Steev got ready and Jon came over and we headed to Chili's (Chili's is the new golf course. It's where business happens.) and I stuffed myself. And then Steev ate the rest of my food. After Steev tied a black ribbon to the side mirror on myside and made it look gay we went back to his place and Zach and Nina were there.  Jon was lame and didn't want to come Karaoke so he went home and the rest of us left to go to the VEC. Singing ensued. I was angry that Zach didn't get to sing the last song. I was enraged. Then... Denny's ensued. And then... sleep.

Sunday it was (as Matt would say) hotter than Satan's asshole in Steevin's room. Steevin drew a monkey for Jon, Erika played video games and I dozed off because it was way too hot to do anything else. Finally hunger woke me from my comatose state and Steev and I went to get pita sandwiches and Slurpees. It was a lot cooler when we got back. Jon came over to work on some sort of flash thing for school and we all watched Beowulf. Then I went home.

Nothing happened Monday except that traffic was still terrible because of the fires and I went grocery shopping. Tuesday we had an AWESOME breakfast potluck at work. It was so good. I ate way too much but it was well worth it. Steev came over after work. In fact he got off early and thanks to MORE terrible traffic he actually made it home before I did but he was "forced" to spend money at Target because I have the key. But I got an awesome pair of super comfy PJ's out of it so it was all good. LOL! We watched some recorded Sarah Connor Chronicales (DVR... How I love thee!) and ate dinner. THEN we watched Wall-E which Steevin hadn't seen before. And he somehow finagled Joe into letting him have the next day off.

So yesterday we slept in, I made breakfast burritos, we went to the movies, ate dinner at Mimi's, played with my new Xbox (because it was finally ZERO days until the new Xbox Live experience!). Matt wanted to hang out so we met up after he got off work (and said Hello to Shavonne) and went to Starbucks. We then went to Matt's house and saw the new puppy who is super cute, played RockBand and stole a TV from Matts house.

Today is my one day to rest up, do laundry, clean and do whatever else needs to be done until it all starts again. Or... I'll go home and fall asleep. Its one or the other. LOL!

Its been a busy, busy past few weeks! Two weekends ago was Halloween with the party at Nina's which was super fun. Then the next day was Disneyland for Jon's birthday with Jon, Michaela and Steev. I'm so glad they all have passes. Its fun to have more people to go with. And Sunday we got to hang out with Jon and Michaela again at Steev's place.

Then during the week was lots of overtime and meetings. It was another 52 hour week and more 8 hour meetings. And of course VOTING! (Yay Obama! Boo Prop 8!) I was exhausted by the time the weekend came around. But there was more stuff to do. We went to Disneyland for Matt's birthday. We had breakfast at Storytellers and then hung out at the park. It was Matt, Shavonne, me, Steevin, Joel, Emily, Chapin and then Derick and Darian later. We almost closed the park. Steevin and I went back to Vista and then the next day took Erika to Bat's Day at Disneyland and met up with Steev's friends Mary and Brian. Some guy took our picture for Gothic Beauty Magazine. LOL! We left Disneyland a little early and went to Target and the video store. Steev, Erika and I went back to my casa and ate dessert and watched movies on the sofa under the blanket. That was fun.

And now its Tuesday. I'm super tired from Disneyland, walking, overtime late nights and getting up early. All I want to do is curl up under my desk, throw my jacket over myself and take a nap. But it was well worth it.

Threeundertwo always acomplishes a lot durring her week. Or at the very least... she knows how to blog to make it seem so. ;o) I always am so tired when I get home from work it seems hard to accomplish anything. But I did this week! I finished my Halloween costume (pictures to come later).

I also finished my costume for Bat's Day at the Park. I think the blue ribbon I used to lace up the back really makes it! (As you can see from the pictures... I really need to clean my mirror! Ew!)

So Halloween is literally right around the corner. Do you have your costume ready? This year Steevin and I are going to a party at his friend Nina's house. I never have a reason to dress up on Halloween so I wanted to be sure I got to dress up this year. Cathy asked a few of us girls if we wanted to be the Misfits. Not the punk band but rather the rival band of Jem and the Holograms from the old 80's cartoon. Cathy is going to be Jem, Gretchen will be Pizzaz, I will be Stormer and we were short one girl... so Steevin will be Roxy. LOL! What a trooper. Costumes are all purchased. Wigs bought. All we need now is Cathy to give us some fantastic 80's makeup and we're good to go!

Also, next week we're taking Erika to Bat's Day at the Park so gothic clothing needed to be purchased. I borrowed a corset from Emily and Steevin bought me a short skirt and thigh-high fishnets. I think I shall skate the fine line between skanky and super-skanky.

Mondays... ugh. And the week seems so long looking forward because I'm working 52 hours this week. I'm hating the thought of it now but hopefully I'll be glad once the paycheck comes.

I went to Disneyland on Friday. It was crazy busy! What happened to my fabulous Off Season?! The lines were intense. I met up with Dorick, Darian and Gabe after work. I tried to go check out the DCA Blue Sky Cellars AP preview but it literally closed 2 minutes before I got there. Oh well. I guess I'll see it next time. The boys and I got our free sourdough (there was a LINE for tortillas!) and tried to find something with a short line... which ended up being Muppet Vision. DCA was closing early so we went back to Disneyland and I tried to take a picture of them in front of the giant pumpkin... but I dropped my camera and it decided to be all moody and not work for the rest of the night (yet... now it works perfectly). Emily and Chapin met up with us and we got Fast Passes for Space. We tried to wait for Steevin to eat but my stomach began to eat itsself so we waited in line to eat at the Plaza Inn. Derick and I were STARVING and decided that our pot roast was indeed the best meal we'd ever had. Steevin eventually made it and unfortunatly Damian, Emily and Chapin had to go home. We hung out with Derick and Gabe and then we all went to the Lost Bar for drinks before going home for the evening.

On Saturday Steevin and I hung out at the apartment for the first part of the day and then went to Victoria Garden. We had fine pastrami sandwiches at the Hat and then walked off our meal. There was talk of driving to Downtown Disney for caramel apples but we decided to rent movies instead. It was a good choice.

Sunday we went to Julian for Nina's birthday. Steevin wouldn't believe my directions that I gave him. LOL! But I was right every time. I have decent sense of direction AND an iPhone for christs sake. I was like a GPS system all on my own. LOL! Julian was super busy as well (what was up with people DOING stuff this weekend?!) and we parked in a "Private - No Parking" area. We checked out some shops and got candy. Nina, Zach and Jon got there not too much longer. We were all hungry but of course there were lines everywhere for food! We ended up at Buffalo Bills. It was slow but nice servers and it was tasty. We went back to the candy shop for the rest of the group. We checked out the Cemetary where I saw a very creepy doll on someones grave. The kind that you KNOW comes to life at night. Ew. And then we all finished off almost a whole pie to celebrate Nina's birthday. Steevin and I went home to watch the rest of Futurama before bed.

All in all it was a very fun weekend. Too bad Mondays always come so soon.

I have been a very bad blogger. See... usually, I post from work. I used to have long periods where there was really nothing for me to do. And what better way to spend my time than blogging? But lately work has been crazy intense (so is camping... in tents. HA!). And I've been really enjoying all the new challenges I've been getting (Sorry, I'm practicing my BS for my year end review that's coming up. But really... I like being busy more than I like having nothing to do.) but it leaves little time for blogging. I vow to set asside more blog time!

Anyway... life. Its good. I've been spending time with Steevin when we can. Always fun but living far away from each other is a bit on the crappy side. Oh well... we've been making it work. I've been hanging out with old friends I hadn't seen in a long time thanks to... well, you know. As Matt says, the Anti-Christ. LOL! Its been great catching up with them and hanging out. Matt and I went to Seattle a few weeks ago. I got to see the family which is always awesome! I may or may not have puked due to too much fun hanging out with some old high school friends while I was there. Thats a secret. ;o)

Had a super duper weekend. After work on Friday I drove down to Vista to spend the weekend with Steevin. The sad thing is would have taken me just as long to get home as it did to get there. Stupid 91 traffic! After determining if a "blocked off" driveway still counted as a driveway, I met Steevin at his work and got the grand tour. My uncle Joe was there so I got to see him which was fun. After gossiping about the family for a while and a quick game of "Cardboard Box Soccer" Steevin and I headed to his place.

We decided we were hungry, and so was Erika (Steevin's sister) so we went in search of KFC. After mistaking a Jiffy Lube for a Applebee's (Ahem...Steevin.) we found it and we all got KFC Famous Bowls and Erika got us hooked us up with an extra biscut for going to school with one of the people who worked there. We went back to Steevin's place and then prompty left again to get the first season of The Venture Bros. from Zach. And then we watched said show before falling asleep (or in my case falling asleep WHILE watching because I was super tired).

Slept in the next day and watched some more Venture Bros. while I was actually coherent enough to comprehend what was happening. Showered and got ready for the day (I totally got to use the Girls Only Shower. Awesome.) and then met Joe at the bank since he had his and Steev's checks for them. Missy was there too so I got to see my Mini-me. And... got to see her drive. Oi! My baby cousin... driving. Crazy!

After banking, we met up with Steevin's mom and sister at Chipotle (which I have never eaten at before). Food was good and we all had fun playing with iChuck. I think Erika knows how to work it better than I do now. After lunch, Steevin and I wandered around the outdoor mallish area because thats how we roll. And then we went to the real mall and wandered there for a while as well. I found a super cute hat that I bought at Macy's thanks to a gift card from mom and then we also went to Hot Topic to get ideas for Bats Day at Disneyland which we plan on going to. They were having a super clearence sale and we found some really cute boots just like the ones Erika was telling us she wanted earlier in the day for about 12 bucks. We of course let her know about them. And then we headed back to Steevin's and made milkshakes while Erika concocted her Bats Day outfit.

We watched TV before getting ready to go Karaeoke. It was a lot of fun. Steevin sang both Feed My Frankenstein by Alice Cooper and Like a Virgin by Madonna so it was a good night. Plus Shaun shared his beer with me so yay! Disaster was narowly averted when Gretchen discovered that her burrito did indeed have both guacamole AND rice. Whew. And there was enough green gum to go around after dinner... at 2am. Fell asleep right away.

Sunday we watched the Sarah Connor Chronicals. Good show. Thanks Matt for telling us to watch it. And then Erika and I left Steevin to fend for himself (and work) while we went to the mall for quality girl time... and to buy boots. She found the ones she wanted and they were on sale. Can't beat $12 for a pair of boots. We checked out the Halloween store and Erika was hit on by two cute boys but didn't even notice. It was fun getting to hang out with her. We went back and picked up Steevin for a late lunch at Arby's and ate way too much food. And then we watched a few more Sarah Connor Chronicals before I had to head home to my Mable who missed me very much. Seriously... it was an awesomely fun weekend. For realz.

Um... this is getting a little embarassing. I've gone to Disneyland another two (or was it three?) times. Steevin and I went on Labor Day. It wasn't busy at all. I got to see Golden Dreams before it goes away. *tear* Why must you leave me, Golden Dreams?! And I got the worlds most amazing parasol with the coolest skull on it (with a bow... thanks to Steev's ingenious-ness). Also, I kicked Steev's ass in Buzz. Twice! I shoot better on the left side.

Then on Wednesday Matt, Brian and I decided to go again. Its been a long time since I'd been with Matt. Not since the Food and Wine festival. Ahhh... I love mid-week park visits in the off season! It was totally dead. We waited about Midway Mania 20 minutes for. And we got to ride it twice. Matt and I used team work and got a whole bunch of the bonus screens. We had drinks at the Hearthstone and lunch at McDonalds. We were harassed by a time share guy who asked if Matt and Brian were dating. LOL! We did GRR and Splash... and Dumbo! And Innoventions where we had the best Cast Member ever. His name was Mickey (as in Mouse... but not the mouse) so I gave him a compliment at City Hall. The park closed at 8pm so we went to Arby's for dinner (except Brian didn't eat) and it was... amazing. Yum!

So... I've been to Disneyland a lot. Sue me. I've got my pass again. I don't feel like I have to avoid seeing certain people there anymore. I have fun people to go with. And I'm making up for lost time. And lest you think ALL I ever do is go to Disneyland... I am going to drive down to Vista after work today to hang out with Steevin. Yes... today... Friday... with traffic... I am an awesome girlfriend. LOL!
